All 89jl users must be at least 21 years old. This is a hard legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to all licensed online gaming platforms in the Philippines.
Each individual may hold only one active 89jl account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending review in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 89jl Casino ("89jl," "we," "our," "the Platform"), operated under PAGCOR authorization in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 89jl platform at 89jl.biz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 89jl platform, including but not limited to registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the platform from the Republic of the Philippines.
1.2 By creating an account on 89jl, you explicitly agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. All such documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1.3 89jl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the 89jl platform following such notification constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 These Terms were last updated in June 2026 and supersede all prior versions of the 89jl user agreement.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the 89jl platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. 89jl will verify your age during or after registration and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. 89jl services are intended for players physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been excluded from gambling activities by a court order, PAGCOR directive, or self-exclusion request on the 89jl platform are not eligible to use the service.
2.4 Employees. Employees of 89jl, its affiliates, software providers, and immediate family members of such employees are prohibited from participating in real-money gambling on the platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 89jl platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate. 89jl relies on the information you provide for identity verification and PAGCOR compliance reporting purposes.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). 89jl is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to provide a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID) and supporting documentation before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activation are processed.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89jl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 89jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. 89jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
3.5 Account Sharing. Your 89jl account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with another individual is a violation of these Terms.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 89jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 89jl's discretion without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Currency. All transactions on the 89jl platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–4 business hours during operational hours. 89jl does not guarantee processing times but will endeavor to complete all valid withdrawal requests promptly.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified 89jl account holder. 89jl reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Fees. 89jl does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Philippine payment channels. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, for which 89jl accepts no responsibility.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. 89jl may deduct an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month from the balance of inactive accounts after prior notification. Accounts with zero balance following inactivity fees may be closed.
5.1 Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to 89jl's eligibility criteria, which may include account verification status, deposit method, and prior bonus history. 89jl reserves the right to decline any bonus claim at its reasonable discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are set out in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, bonus stacking not permitted under promotion terms, or placing hedged bets to neutralize risk while completing wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and suspension of the player's account.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms. 89jl is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods.
5.5 Modification. 89jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 89jl platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 89jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings arising from a malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid.
6.3 RTP and Fairness. All games on the 89jl platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are verified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by 89jl at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89jl platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or PAGCOR authorities:
8.1 All content on the 89jl platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, game assets, logos, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 89jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 89jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 89jl content without express written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 89jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
9.2 89jl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 89jl does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and factors outside 89jl's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.
9.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose your deposited funds. 89jl provides gambling as entertainment. 89jl is not liable for gambling losses incurred through lawful gameplay on the platform.
10.1 89jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, without prior notice, if 89jl determines or suspects that the account has been involved in prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or a violation of these Terms.
10.2 Upon closure of an account for cause, 89jl may withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, 89jl reserves the right to forfeit account balances derived from the violation.
10.3 Players may voluntarily close their 89jl account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of standard KYC and security checks.
11.1 89jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. A self-excluded player may not register a new account during the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion are a violation of these Terms.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including relevant PAGCOR regulations and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175) to the extent applicable.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 89jl's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact the support team to initiate a formal complaint. 89jl will acknowledge and respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
12.3 Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
12.4 The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above processes.
